Change of Mind Returns

At Green Boomerang by Arisphone, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind about a purchase. We offer a 14-day return period from the day after you receive your order. This period is extended to 30 days for just faulty items.

Returns Process

• Condition of Handset: Ensure that the handset is in the same condition as when received and has not been damaged while in your care.
• Returns Number: Contact us to request a return number.
• Data Backup and Reset: Back up all data from your handset, then perform a factory reset and wipe. Please ensure any security locks are removed; returns will not be processed if the device is locked.
• Returns Form: Complete the returns form. Failure to provide full information may delay processing.
• Packaging and Sending: Package your item securely with all originally received accessories and send it to our specified address. Use a secure, tracked, and insured service. The item remains your responsibility until received at our warehouse.

Refunds

Refunds are processed on the same working day as the return is received, excluding bank holidays. This may take up to 48 hours during busy periods.

Fees & Charges

• Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
• Handsets are subject to quality control. A fee will be deducted for missing USB charging cables.
• Fees may be charged for the removal of security locks.
• Handsets that fail our quality control due to third-party repairs, software modification, or damage will not be eligible for refunds.

Warranty

• The warranty period is 12 months.
• Covers defects in parts or workmanship under normal use.
• Includes repair or replacement with a like model.
• Excludes misuse, accidental damage, or alterations by anyone other than Arisphone.
• Handsets with water damage are not covered due to the degradation of seals over time.

Obligations for Warranty Claims

• Report faults immediately.
• Remove all security measures before returning.
• Include necessary information for remote security removal if needed.

Unclaimed Returns and Incorrect Addresses

• Unclaimed returns without a valid returns number will be held for 30 days and then disposed of.
• The buyer is responsible for ensuring correct and complete shipping addresses.

Customs and Import Duties

The buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.

Supplied Accessories

• Handsets and tablets come with a generic USB data lead only.
• Watches come with a generic new charger and rubberized strap.
