Refund & Return Policy - ArisPhone.nl

1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you receive the product. To initiate the return process, please open a support ticket from your user profile.After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the product to our return address.

2. How to Request a Return

All return requests must be submitted via a support ticket in your profile. Once we receive your request, we will provide:A return form containing our address and a declaration of product condition.Instructions to print, fill, and include this form with the returned item.You will be required to upload clear photos of the product's appearance through the same ticket. These photos serve as proof of physical condition.

Important: If you fail to provide sufficient photographic proof or if the product arrives in a different condition than shown, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct compensation for damage.

3. Return Conditions

The product must be returned in its original state, unused and undamaged.Please include all accessories and packaging if available.Products that show signs of excessive use or damage may lead to a reduction in the refunded amount.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.A fixed fee of €9.95 applies for warranty-based returns.If the returned product has no issues, a processing fee of €8.95 will be charged.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days. If only part of your order is returned, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

6. Exceptions

In-ear headphones and hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable.

7. Warranty

Products sold by ArisPhone.nl are covered under a limited warranty, details of which are listed on the product page or warranty section. Contact us via ticket if a warranty issue arises.
