12-Month Warranty Coverage by Arisphone – Green Boomerang Brand

What Is Covered?

At Green Boomerang, we stand behind the quality of our products. Under the Green Boomerang brand, we provide a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any malfunctions or defects in parts and workmanship under normal use and service. If your device fails to operate correctly, we will either repair or replace it with a like-for-like model. The replacement will match the specification and cosmetic appearance of the handset you return to the best of our ability.

Replacement Specifics

  • In case of differences in make, model, color, memory, or network, we will seek your agreement for the replacement.

Repair and Replacement Process

  • We aim to repair or replace warranty returns promptly, subject to stock and part availability.

What Is Not Covered?

  • This warranty does not function as an insurance policy.
  • Coverage does not extend to faults caused by misuse, accidents, or water damage.
    • Exclusions include:
    • Normal wear and tear or aging of the device, including battery deterioration.
    • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.
    • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
    • Invalid warranty: if the serial number/warranty seal is tampered with or without proof of purchase.
    • Water damage, even for phones originally rated as waterproof/water-resistant.
    • Consequential or incidental damages (e.g., loss of use, profits, data, etc.).

What Must You Do?

  • Report faults as soon as they are discovered.
  • Remove security measures like passwords or passcodes before returning.
  • Include information for remote security removal if necessary.
  • Remove SIM cards, memory cards, and other accessories before returning.
  • Note: We are not responsible for data loss; ensure regular data backups.

Return Process

  • Return the handset before the warranty period expires.
  • Package the handset safely, and retain your proof of postage and tracking number.
  • You are responsible for the handset until we accept delivery.

Associated Costs

  • You are responsible for postage costs to and from our office.
  • Return postage charge for eligible warranty returns: €9.95.
  • No fault found and ineligible warranty returns: a processing fee of €8.95.
  • Checked report available upon request for a fee.

Unclaimed Returns

  • Returns unclaimed for 30 days will be disposed of, voiding any return or warranty policies.

Policy Amendments

  • We may update this policy with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect past purchases.

Other Terms

  • Breaches of this policy may result in necessary actions by Green Boomerang.
  • The terms of this policy are severable and do not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms.
  • The warranty cannot be delayed, extended, or renewed.
  • Replaced defective items become the property of Green Boomerang.

Exclusions

  • Handsets sold as faulty are not covered.
  • Specific exclusions apply for certain defects as detailed in our policy.
